Role Driver is an organizational leadership tool used to raise the performance results of overworked teams.

Role Driver encourages teams “look in the mirror” which encourages them to review the job which needs doing rather than being restricted by the system they use. Staff see for themselves what changes need to be made and then do it. This means change happen naturally and painlessly.

Sophisticated Software System

The Role Driver software is a collaborative process that uses a sophisticated software template to capture your staff’s current job accountabilities and performance expectations in high definition.

The software self-identifies hidden obstacles that cause workload overload and performance problems. By creating high definition role descriptions that are linked to core processes, the mission-critical work your people do becomes visible to everyone involved so that changes can be made quickly and easily with minimal resistance.

People only change when they accept what’s actually happening in the first place

Role Driver works because it is built on a proven psychological principle of human change called “The Paradoxical Theory of Change” by Gestalt founder Dr. Frederick Perls.  Role Driver accomplishes this by helping each staff member to define their current job in high definition. When completed, all jobs are able to be seen in aggregate. The result is that for every 10 staff members, 20,000 hours of workload become visible.  Patterns that explain both team success as well as obstacles appear. Change naturally follows, often with minimal intervention by senior leaders.
